I never have taken so much of supplements in my life! But because need to ensure enough nutritious consumption for baby and I so I am taking below supplements from doctor prescription & relatives and friends advise.
Spirulina - to prevent yellowish color on skin
Enfa mama milk powder - contains DHA and etc
Manuka honey
Nutrilite protein powder from Amway,
Fresh fruit juice
Tong Sui (birds nest, Snow Fungus, Gingko with beancurd paste and etc..)
Home cooked chicken essence/soups (mum cook & boil by using charcoal : ))
Plenty of waters
Supplements in tablet:
Folic Acid – (Dr. Fong still prescribe this supplement to me till today – WW29)
Iron
No Calcium prescribe by Dr. Fong.. he said I don’t need it..
Is there any nutrition that I should look for come to my third semester now? :D

I just know that baby will finish up 1 tin of milk powder one week during 1st year. Equivalent to 1 full tank of petrol!
btw, back to the orignal posting. I think what we are having is sufficient. One of my colleague was saying their parents never consumed such nutrition but they still grown up to be a strong man/woman.
Well, up to individual on how they think, So be it if they want to stay that way. My opinion is we are building the base for our kid, a bit of everything is better than nothing!
Mild cramps during past 2 weeks. Dr Fong prescribed some calcium for mummy.
